Finally... Finish my clinical attachment with 68% which is C+ and 32 competent skill... Wanted to do better for the grade at least a B... But now can only try harder next time... Slack for the whole day... Alot of student nurses around... All the NP & AM shift ITE students...

Last day of CA... We brought a cake to thanks our CF, Shanti for takin care of us...Den we sing a 'Thank You' song... Hahaz... Den use handphone to take pics... Quite a good endin of this CA 1.1b...

I think i really must read more english newspaper... As one of my remark is ' Advised on written language...' Must think before write... Cant jus write in way of wat i speakin... i think jus try my best la huh... As my engilsh really suck to the core... And change the habbit of sayin 'Shit' in uniform...

Emo really take over... Tried to control but fail... Cried when sayin bye to the patient... Jus hope that they recover soon...
